- 说明The DN405 is a four wire 100 ohm platinum resistance
temperature detector (RTD) signal conditioning circuit that
transforms RTD resistance to a voltage that is proportional
to temperature in °C. This device was designed to operate
with a 100 ohm IEC/DIN-grade Platinum RTD that exhibits
an alpha value of 0.00385!/!/°C. Analog circuit
linearization provides typical accuracy of ±0.5°C over a
temperature range of -100°C to +400°C. The four wire
measurement circuit eliminates the effect of lead resistance
that allows the RTD to be remotely located from the DN405
signal conditioning circuit. The DN405, which operates
from a single supply voltage of +2.7V to +5.5V, draws only
1.3mA of current, making it ideal for portable applications.
The DN405 compensates for the inherent non-linearity of
all platinum RTDs. The output voltage of the device is
directly proportional to the temperature of the RTD. No
digital signal processing is required to make
accurate temperature measurements. The four
wire capability of the DN405 makes it possible to multiplex

- 说明The DN620 is a low noise ge Sensitive Inverting
Preamplifier for use with detectors with capacitance
from less than one to several thousand picofarads.
This includes detectors such as photodiodes,
pyroelectric devices photomultipliers, as well as other
sensors that give up ge when stimulated.
Housed in a TO-99 Package, the input stage of this
hybrid circuit amplifier is a low noise Junction FET. A
1 pF capacitor in parallel with a 1,000 M! resistor
provides internal feedback which gives the amplifier
an initial sensitivity of one volt output per picocoulomb
of input ge. The gainfrequency response of
the amplifier can be modified by adding external
feedback components. The internal feedback
components can also be factory ed to meet a
customers specific needs.

voltage controlled constant current source with optical
feedback.
The DN6330 is used in applications that require a stable
laser diode drive current. This current is set from zero to
over 170mA by an input voltage. Constant optical
output power can maintained using feed-back from a
back facet photodiode. An output voltage is provided
that is a measure of the photodiode currentis
prorportional to the laser diode optical power output.
The DN6330 comes in a 10-pin package.
The DN6330 is designed for applications requiring
constant current drive for the operation of laser diodes
such as pump sources for EDFAs telecom lasers and
diode pumped semiconductors.

discontinued Intersil ICH8500A in most applications. It is

The input current of the DN8500A is 10 fA maxium over
a temperature range of -25° C to +85° C.
Pin 8 is connected to the case. This permits the designer
to operate the case at any desired potential. This is the
key to achieving the ultra low input current associated
with this amplifier. Forcing the case to the same potential
as the input eliminates current flow between the case and
any of the other Pins.
