- 说明The DN575 is 2.5! heater on a 1.5 X 1.0 Aluminum Nitride (AlN)
substrate. The heater contains a 100k! thermistor to provide
temperature feedback for an external temperature controller such as
the DN1225. A 100! platinum RTD is also mounted on the DN575.
This RTD can also be used as the feedback element for temperature
controlfor monitoring the temperature of the heater.
